Marrow & Method started because the founder got tired of health articles that read like they'd been written to fill a word count rather than answer a real question. Too many sites recycled the same vague advice with no source in sight.
So the process was built the other way round: find the public data or the study first, read it properly, then write the piece. A second editor checks every draft against its sources before anything goes live, and nothing gets published on a single person's word.
Readers come first in every decision, from the topics we choose to the corrections we log openly when we get something wrong. There's nothing sold on this site, so there's nothing to protect except the accuracy of the page in front of you.
Straight Talk
We write like we'd explain something to a mate, not like we're padding a word count. If a fact isn't solid, it doesn't make the page.
Open Sourcing
Every number links back to where it came from, whether that's a public dataset or a study we read in full. Readers can check our work any time.
